Core Connection was created by Rebecca, who is a qualified Holistic Core Restore® Coach and STOTT PILATES® instructor. She shares her knowledge with other women who are struggling to strengthen their core and pelvic floor. 
 
Your alignment and posture inevitably change during pregnancy; for instance, the baby weight pulls your spine forwards and tips your pelvis. Exercising on the already weakened pelvic floor isn’t a great idea. The is where Core Connection helps you reconnect with, and restore, long-forgotten muscles to work again optimally and gain the full strength and flexibility.
 
Rebecca works with clients to get a healthier lower back, core and pelvic floor, which in turn helps to flatten the stomach. What’s more, Holistic Core Restore® offers great lifestyle balance, sensible eating, core exercise and workouts which can be modified for everyone.
 
There are two online courses available:
 
  • Holistic Core Restore® Athlete 12
  • Core Tribe: Online Membership Group
